For people aged 65 and above (or 50 and above for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders), you can first register for Community Transport through My Aged Care, either online at www.myagedcare.gov.au or by calling 1800 200 422. Once registered, request your transport referral code for Community Transport from My Aged Care. After we have received your referral, we will manage your sign-up over the phone. Once we’ve done this with you, you can use our services and make future booking requests online.
