LAWN MOWING

This service helps with the maintenance of yards to help people remain living in their home. This service is designed to assist you to maintain access to your home and to keep the home in safe condition. (Please note it is not a full garden beautification or make-over service).

This service will provide you with a subsidy that can be used in a financial year to any of the approved contractors. The subsidies must be used by the July of each financial year, after you receive them. Your Support Advisor will reassess your need for support toward the end of the financial year.

You may also be eligible for some gardening and home assistance for jobs like trimming hedges, weeding and mulching, spraying, gutter cleans (single story homes only), external window clean (ground floor only) or a yard tidy.

Our team can help you with smaller jobs such as changing light globes, fire alarm batteries, fit-it jobs and small general maintenance jobs.
