Maitland Community Care Services Inc. is an Incorporated Association registered with Department of Fair Trading.

The organisation is overseen by a Board consisting of members of the local community with a commitment to good governance.

These community volunteers are elected to their positions annually at the AGM and meet monthly to ensure that the strategic direction of the organisation remains in line with the Strategic Plan.

Board members contribute a range of experience from business to accounting and OHS. Members are encouraged to utilise their experience in their role.
